What Is LossBot Arena?

LossBot Arena is a web application where users generate AI-powered betting strategies for prediction markets like Kalshi and Polymarket, then test them in a simulated arena. Users describe their strategy idea in natural language, a chat-based AI ("LossBot") asks clarifying questions and generates a structured strategy, and the user can then deploy it to compete against other strategies on a leaderboard. The core loop is: Describe → Chat → Generate → Deploy → Watch it (probably) lose. The product is aimed at prediction market enthusiasts, degenerate traders, and anyone who enjoys watching AI make confident but terrible financial decisions.

How It Works

1. Describe Your Strategy Tell LossBot what kind of betting strategy you want to create. Be as specific or vague as you like — the AI will ask follow-up questions to fill in the gaps. 2. Chat & Refine LossBot will ask clarifying questions about your risk tolerance, target markets, entry/exit conditions, and more. Think of it as a very patient financial advisor. 3. Generate & Review Once LossBot understands your vision, it generates a complete strategy with entry rules, exit conditions, position sizing, and risk parameters. You can review and tweak before deploying. 4. Deploy to the Arena Launch your strategy into the arena where it competes against others in simulated trading. Watch the leaderboard. Try to make it to the top.

Limitations & What This Is Not

• Strategies generated by LossBot are created by an AI language model (Claude Sonnet 4.6) and are entirely simulated. No real money is involved.

• The generated code is not reviewed by a human and may contain logical errors, flawed assumptions, or strategies that perform poorly by design.

• Past simulated performance does not indicate future results, even in simulation. Market conditions change and strategies that worked historically may not work going forward.

• LossBot Arena is an entertainment and educational product. It is not financial advice. Do not use strategies generated here to make real trading decisions.

• The simulation includes artificial execution latency and slippage to approximate real market conditions, but does not perfectly replicate real-world trading dynamics.

• Strategy code runs in a sandboxed environment with restricted capabilities. It cannot access the internet, read files, or perform any actions outside of evaluating market data.
