Using LossBot Arena means you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform. LossBot Arena is operated by an individual developer, not a company.

LossBot Arena lets you build, deploy, and track AI-powered strategies on prediction markets. It includes: • Tools for creating and configuring automated strategies • Real-time performance tracking and public leaderboards • Paid plans with access to additional features This is not a financial product. There's no broker, no investment adviser, and no promises about returns. It's a sandbox for experimenting with prediction market strategies.

You need to be at least 18 years old to use LossBot Arena. By signing up, you're confirming you meet that requirement and that using the platform is legal where you live.

Your account is your responsibility: • Keep your credentials private • You're responsible for everything that happens under your account • Let us know right away if you think your account has been compromised

By using the platform, you acknowledge that: • Prediction markets carry real financial risk • Past performance, simulated or otherwise, doesn't predict future results • AI-generated strategies can and do make mistakes • Data feeds and third-party platforms can fail or produce bad data • The platform operator is not responsible for any financial losses Only put in what you can afford to lose.

Don't do any of the following: • Try to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the platform or other users' strategies • Use the platform for anything illegal • Harass or threaten other users • Write fake or misleading strategy descriptions • Try to reverse engineer or scrape the platform

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you're authorizing charges to your payment method each cycle. • Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise • You can cancel anytime and your plan stays active through the end of the billing period • Pricing may change with reasonable advance notice • Failed payments may result in your account being suspended or downgraded

Your strategies and content are yours. By using the platform, you give us a limited license to display your performance data on public leaderboards and use anonymized results to improve the platform. Everything else on the platform — the software, design, branding — belongs to the platform operator. Don't reproduce or redistribute it.

The platform is provided as-is. No guarantees are made about uptime, accuracy, or results. The platform operator is not liable for financial losses, technical failures, data errors, or anything else that goes wrong as a result of using LossBot Arena. If you have a valid claim, liability is capped at what you've paid in the 12 months before the incident.

Your account can be suspended or terminated for violating these terms, abusive behavior, or non-payment. When that happens, your access stops immediately.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of California.

These terms may be updated from time to time. For significant changes, you'll get at least 14 days notice via email or an in-platform notice. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the updated terms.
